Manage contact information for existing accounts.

  1. Users

In the Users section it is possbile to edit or add contact information to existing accounts.

Users with appropriate permissions (e.g., Admin) can update the following fields for any user:

First Name

Last Name

Phone

Mobile Phone

Permissions (Admin-only) - can be Admin, Dispatcher or Driver


It is also possible to check when the user last loged in,

Last Login Details

Note: For security reasons, email addresses cannot be edited. To update an email address, the existing account must be deleted, and a new one created.

2. Pending invites section

In the Pending Invites section, you can delete unaccepted invites if a request for a new account is no longer needed and has not been completed yet. Once the account is created, it will be removed from this section and added to the above (Users).
