Once your company becomes a Parade Verified Carrier, you can extend access to your entire dispatch team, allowing them to quote and book freight with your brokerage network. Here’s how to invite more users:


How to Invite Additional Users

1. Compose an Email:

From an email account with a valid Parade login, send a message to assistant@parade.ai.


2. Include the Following Information:

Make sure to provide all relevant details for the new account:

Full Name (mandatory)

Email (mandatory)

• Phone

• Mobile Phone

• Expected Permissions (Admin, Driver or Dispatcher)


3. Submit the Request:

Ensure the information is complete, especially the mandatory fields (bolded above), before sending the email.


4. Confirmation or Follow-Up:

After submitting your request, we’ll contact you to confirm the account creation or request additional details if needed.
