In such cases, you can: A) Request access by submitting your details via the Parade for Carriers' request URL; B) Contact your brokers who are already using Parade. They can directly invite you to the platform, which could expedite the process.
Incorrect Credentials: - You may have an account, but are using the incorrect login + pw credentials. In this scenario, you can request a password reset by accessing: https://identity.parade.ai/accounts/password_reset.
Incorrect Website: - Parade's official website for Carriers can be located at https://carriers.parade.ai/auth/login. If you're trying to access the system via app.parade.ai, your Carrier login credentials will not work, as that is our Brokerage App.
